Re relationships in America today…is the U.S. outgrowing the belief in state-licensed monogamy as the only acceptable format for intimate adult relations?  Is it time to seriously reconsider new forms of matrimony and togetherness? Will a thorough examination of the ties that bind, family ties included, as well as acknowledgement of the fact that we are delicately lodged between epochs, help us to create a healthier climate for intimate/familial relations in the United States today?
